A credit card is required to reserve all spa appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 before the scheduled appointment time will be charged half price of all services booked. No shows, cancellations or any changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointments will be charged in full for all services booked. We understand that occasions come up, if you will be late to your appointment giving us a call would be in your best interest. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment we would need you to reschedule and your deposit will be non-refundable.
